Frequently asked questions

Is my package tracked?

No. International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Standard and do not include tracking. UK orders are shipped Royal Mail First Class. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method to include tracking then this option is available on all of my listings under the “shipping method” section.

What if I've given you the wrong address?

If you have given me the wrong address and the item has already been shipped then unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it unless the item is returned by the Royal Mail to me. If it's returned I will re-ship it but you will be responsible for covering the extra shipping costs; if it isn't returned to me by Royal Mail then there will be no refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they provide the correct address before making any purchases on Etsy.

Can you send my item to another address?

If you contact me prior to your order being shipped then I can ship to another address, however if you have received an email confirming your order has shipped then I won’t be able to amend it.

I think my item is lost in the post.

We recommend that UK items take between 2-15 working days to arrive and international items can take anything between 7 working days and 8 weeks to arrive. This is usually longer during the holiday period. With COVID these timescales have sometimes taken even longer.

An item is deemed lost by the Royal Mail if it hasn't arrived 15 working days after the expected arrival date. I am happy to submit a lost item claim on your behalf if you contact me to do so. Once Royal Mail have accepted the claim, I can then refund the costs of the missing item.

My item is faulty/not what I expected.

If your item is damaged, faulty or just not what you expected it to be then please message me. I will not refund a faulty item without proof so please submit any claims with photo evidence.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for any damage caused after you have received the item (e.g. if you have dropped, cracked or smashed an item, or if you have left an item in the sun and it has discoloured). If your item immediately breaks on arrival or after a few days then the above doesn’t apply and I’d encourage you to please let me know so I can either refund or replace the item for you.

Can I request a custom order?

Unfortunately due to my workload I’m unable to accommodate any requests for custom orders.

Care instructions

Resin pieces should not be left for prolonged periods in direct sunlight as it can cause UV resin to yellow and pigment to fade/discolour.

Resin, much like plastic, glass etc. can get grubby after handling it - my pieces can be cleaned with a soft cloth, water and a very tiny amount of dish soap.

Again much like plastic and glass, resin can crack, break and shatter if dropped, thrown etc. Please be careful when handling my resin pieces, they are sturdy but not invincible.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of the above circumstances, and by purchasing my resin pieces you acknowledge that they shouldn’t be left in the sun and shouldn’t be dropped/thrown around.
